Post-promotion Commencing the first full pay period following promotion, the promoted employee shall receive the rate of the new classification at the same step paid the employee prior to the promotion. On examination day, candidates must ensure that they log-on at their pre-booked time; as with a physical exam, late candidates cannot be accepted. Exam Proctoring (the online invigilator) - ProctorU, a company that specialises in invigilating exams remotely will be directly monitoring the examinee throughout the exam. The invigilator is there to monitor the candidate throughout the exam and assist with any technical problems. The candidate’s computer camera and microphone will need to be on for the duration of the exam. The camera will be used not only to monitor, but also to check the examinee’s identity and survey the surroundings.

Examination Procedure. It is hereby clarified that this declaration and the non-disclosure obligation do not conflict with the obligations of the STUDENT and the University pursuant to the examination regulations of the University. In particular, express permission is given for the Thesis to be submitted to the procedure for examining and evaluating the Thesis as an examination achievement of the STUDENT. Consent is hereby expressly granted for the Thesis to be submitted to third parties if so required on the basis of the examination regulations, for example, if any objections are raised within the evaluation procedure or if publication is mandatory, as is the case for doctoral degrees.
