The submissions in the assessment portfolio are aimed at demonstrating the student’s knowledge, skills and general competence in the subject. The content of the portfolio and formal requirements for the design and format of the portfolio is specified in a portfolio requirement which is published for the students three days before the portfolio submission deadline. The portfolios are evaluated to pass / fail or according to graded scale (A-F where F is not passed). All portfolios and exams must be passed in order for the student to receive certification.

In the first semester, the portfolios are assessed on a 2-step grade (pass /fail) and in the second the portfolio are assessed on a graded scale (A-F where F is a fail). Take-home exam This is an exam where students, either individually or in groups, will answer a case, assignment, client commission etc. These can be various projects, client commissions etc. that follow the development of the subject during the semester. No supervision is offered during the exam period. For the Games Development programme, the take-home exam will be digital. All portfolios and exams must be passed in order for the student to receive certification.

  • Final Arrangements 1. This Agreement shall become valid as of the day of its signing by both parties hereto, and effective as of the day following the day of its publication in the Central Register of Agreements administered by the Government Office of the Slovak Republic.
