Common use of Exact Names Clause in Contracts

Exact Names. As of the Closing Date, the Pledgor’s name in which it has executed this Agreement is the exact name as it appears in the Pledgor’s Governing Documents, as amended, as filed with the Pledgor’s jurisdiction of organization as of the Closing Date. Except as may be described in Exhibit A, the Pledgor has not, during the past five years prior to its becoming a party hereto, had any other legal or fictitious name.
