As of the Effective Date, such Grantor’s name in which it has executed this Security Agreement is the exact name as it appears in its organizational documents, as amended, as filed with its jurisdiction of organization. Except as set forth on the Perfection Certificate, such Grantor has not, during the past five years, been known by or used any other corporate or fictitious name, or been a party to any merger or consolidation, or been a party to any acquisition.

As of the Effective Date, such Grantor’s name in which it has executed this Security Agreement is the exact name as it appears in its such Grantor’s organizational documents, as amended, as filed with its such Grantor’s jurisdiction of organization.
