Design for print Following sign-off of artwork from the Authority, the turnaround time on print shall be within 72 hours. For high volume print jobs and complex projects, this timescale may be increased to a maximum of 1 week for print. Digital short run printing shall be supplied within 24 hours Campaign planning and instigation High-level campaigns shall be created within a maximum timescale of 3 weeks.Mid-level campaigns shall be created within a maximum timescale of 1 week (The Contractor can expect this timescale to be shortened when applicable). Press Advertising Advert creation shall be made up to 2 hours prior to the booking deadline. The Contractor can, on occasion, expect this timescale to be shortened if deadlines are pressing. Web advertising A 48-hour turnaround once instruction to proceed has been given must be obtained. Radio advertising The timescale required to produce a radio commercial shall be 1 week, and the reservation of air space shall have a timescale of up to 2 weeks. Digital requirements A 3-day timescale must be obtained. Media advice Specific deadlines shall always be supplied by the Contractor at the time of a proof. Marketing material & co-ordination New concepts shall be produced within 48 hours for simple requirements and within 1 week for more complex requirements Website design and development The build timeline for a standard static website shall be within 3 weeks, more complex websites shall take up to 6 weeks including testing.
