Evidence of Termination. Following any such termination and upon Guarantor’s request, the Agency shall confirm in writing the fact of termination of this Guaranty and promptly return this Guaranty.

Upon expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, Purchaser shall execute and deliver to the University any instrument or instruments as shall be required by the University to properly evidence termination of Purchaser's rights hereunder or its interest in any improvements, free and clear of all claims against them by Purchaser or any third party.
