Evidence of Renewal. Not less than thirty (30) Days prior to the expiration of any insurance required by the Contract Documents due to its normal expiration or renewal date, Contractor shall furnish Owner with updated certificates of insurance and other necessary documentation, to clearly evidence continuation of all requisite coverage.
