The Supplier shall upon the Framework Commencement Date and within 15 Working Days after the renewal of each of the Insurances, provide evidence, in a form satisfactory to the Authority, that the Insurances are in force and effect and meet in full the requirements of this Framework Schedule 14. Receipt of such evidence by the Authority shall not in itself constitute acceptance by the Authority or relieve the Supplier of any of its liabilities and obligations under this Agreement.

Receipt of such evidence by the Administering Authority shall not in itself constitute acceptance by the Administering Authority or relieve the Provider of any of its liabilities and obligations under this DPS Agreement.

The Contractor shall, prior to the Service Commencement Date, and thereafter on the renewal date of each individual policy of insurance, as and when such occurs, and at such other times as the Nominated Officer may reasonably require, supply confirmation (including written evidence of cover as appropriate) from the Contractor’s and if relevant, Sub-Contractors insurers that the insurance obtained is fully compliant with the obligations of this Contract.
