Common use of Evidence of Compliance Clause in Contracts

Evidence of Compliance. Each Restricted Person will furnish to each Lender at such Restricted Person’s or Borrower’s expense all evidence which Administrative Agent from time to time reasonably requests in writing as to the accuracy and validity of or compliance with all representations, warranties and covenants made by any Restricted Person in the Loan Documents, the satisfaction of all conditions contained therein, and all other matters pertaining thereto.

Evidence of Compliance. Each Restricted Person will furnish to each Lender Administrative Agent at such Restricted Person’s or Borrower’s expense all evidence which Administrative Agent from time to time reasonably requests in writing as to the accuracy and validity of or compliance with all representations, warranties and covenants made by any Restricted Person in the Loan Documents, the satisfaction of all conditions contained therein, and all other matters pertaining thereto.

Evidence of Compliance. Each Restricted Person will furnish (or to each Lender the extent not in such Restricted Person’s or Borrower’s possession, will use commercially reasonable efforts to furnish) to Administrative Agent at such Restricted Person’s or Borrower’s expense all evidence which that Administrative Agent from time to time reasonably requests in writing as to the accuracy and validity of or compliance with all representations, warranties and covenants made by any Restricted Person in the Loan Documents, the satisfaction of all conditions contained therein, and all other matters pertaining thereto.

Evidence of Compliance. Each Restricted Person will furnish to Agent and each Lender at such Restricted Person’s 's or Borrower’s 's expense all evidence which Administrative Agent or Majority Lenders from time to time reasonably requests request, including the forms of evidence and assurance described in writing Section 3.2(e), as to the accuracy and validity of or compliance with all representations, warranties and covenants made by any Restricted Related Person in the Loan Documents, the satisfaction of all conditions contained therein, and all other matters pertaining thereto.

Evidence of Compliance. Each Restricted Person will furnish to Administrative Agent and each Lender at such Restricted Person’s 's or Borrower’s 's expense all evidence which Administrative Agent from time to time reasonably requests in writing as to the accuracy and validity of or compliance with all representations, warranties and covenants made by any Restricted Person in the Loan Documents, the satisfaction of all conditions contained therein, and all other matters pertaining thereto. 24. 25.

Each Restricted Person will furnish to Agent and each Lender at such Restricted Person’s 's or Borrower’s Borrowers' expense all evidence which Administrative Agent or Majority Lenders from time to time reasonably requests request, including the forms of evidence and assurance described in writing Section 3.2(e), as to the accuracy and validity of or compliance with all representations, warranties and covenants made by any Restricted Related Person in the Loan Documents, the satisfaction of all conditions contained therein, and all other matters pertaining thereto.

Evidence of Compliance.
