Eviction Related Expenses. If Owner does not elect to subscribe to the Eviction Protection Program, Owner shall be responsible for all attorney’s fees, eviction fees and ancillary fees incurred as result of the eviction process, which fees shall not be advanced by Manager.

Eviction Related Expenses. Unless enrolled into the Tenant Eviction Protection Program, Owner shall be responsible for all attorney’s fees, eviction fees and ancillary fees incurred as result of the eviction process. In the event that an occupant of the property is NOT Procured or Approved by Xxxxxx, owner will be charged a $350 Eviction Coordination Fee to coordinate the eviction process plus any court Costs Broker incurs. Xxxxxx may charge an additional $75 per hour for Broker’s time or Company employee’s time in such matters and in preparation of such matters. Fees under this Paragraph are earned at the time the services are rendered and payable upon Owner’s receipt of Broker’s invoice.

  • Travel-related Expenses Vendor agrees to comply with Citizens’ then-current Vendor Travel Reimbursement Guidelines. All travel-related expenses must be pre-approved in writing by Citizens’ Contract Manager or designee. Citizens shall reimburse Vendor for pre-approved travel-related expenses incurred in the performance of Services following Citizens’ receipt of Vendor’s reimbursement request submitted in accordance with the then-current Vendor Travel Reimbursement Guidelines.

  • Payment of Extraordinary Education Related Expenses Section 5.1. PAYMENT OF EXTRAORDINARY EDUCATION-RELATED EXPENSES. In addition to the amounts determined pursuant to Articles IV and VI of this Agreement, Applicant on an annual basis shall also indemnify and reimburse District for all non-reimbursed costs, certified by the District’s external auditor to have been incurred by the District for extraordinary education-related expenses directly and solely related to the project that are not directly funded in state aid formulas, including expenses for the purchase of portable classrooms and the hiring of additional personnel to accommodate a temporary increase in student enrollment caused directly by such project. Applicant shall have the right to contest the findings of the District’s external auditor pursuant to Section 4.9 above.

  • First Aid Expenses We will pay expenses for first aid to others in- curred by an "insured" for "bodily injury" covered under this policy. We will not pay for first aid to an "insured".

  • Interview Expenses An in-service applicant for a posted position who is not on leave of absence without pay and who has been called for a panel interview shall be granted leave of absence with base pay and shall have their authorized expenses paid. Seller shall credit Buyer(s) at closing for said 2022 real estate taxes payable in 2023 based on the most recent ascertainable tax figures. Xxxxx is responsible for all subsequent real estate taxes.

  • Start-Up Costs 4.1.1 The Government of Ontario will provide:

Notwithstanding the foregoing, operating costs (and Tenant's obligations in relation thereto) shall not include (i) any expense chargeable to a capital account or capital improvement, ground leases; principal or interest payments on any mortgage or deed of trust on the premises; (ii) any amount for which Landlord is reimbursed through insurance, by third persons, or directly by other tenants of the premises, (iii) repair costs occasioned by fire, windstorm or other casualty, (iv) any construction, repair or maintenance expenses or obligations that are the sole responsibility of Landlord (not to be reimbursed by Tenant), (v) leasing commissions and other expenses incurred in connection with leasing any other area located on the premises to any other party, (vi) any expense representing an amount paid to an affiliate or subsidiary of Landlord which is in excess of the amount which would be paid in the absence of such relationship, and (vii) costs of items and services for which Tenant reimburses Landlord or pays third persons directly.
