Eviction Notices. The University will provide the following notice periods prior to eviction:
Eviction Notices. Each eviction proceeding relating to an REO Property has been properly commenced and the Seller is not aware of any valid defense or counterclaim by anyone with respect thereto. The REO Property has been serviced and maintained in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Eviction Notices. AGENT will serve termination notices, notices to quit or pay rent and any other notices to tenants, as AGENT deems appropriate. If the property has existing delinquent TENANTS at the beginning of this management AGREEMENT, we will charge our hourly rate ($60/hour) plus any attorney fees, for time spent on collections, evicting or otherwise taking over management. We will retain attorneys approved by the OWNER to enforce OWNER’S rights, and to institute legal action on behalf of the OWNER. The OWNER will be solely responsible for these attorney fees.

  • Collection Notices The Collateral Agent is authorized at any time after the occurrence and during the continuance of an Amortization Event to date and to deliver to the Collection Banks the Collection Notices. Seller hereby transfers to the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Purchasers, effective when the Collateral Agent delivers such notice, the exclusive ownership and control of each Lock-Box and the Collection Accounts. In case any authorized signatory of Seller whose signature appears on a Collection Account Agreement shall cease to have such authority before the delivery of such notice, such Collection Notice shall nevertheless be valid as if such authority had remained in force. After the occurrence and during the continuance of an Amortization Event, Seller hereby authorizes the Collateral Agent, and agrees that the Collateral Agent shall be entitled, to (i) endorse Seller’s name on checks and other instruments representing Collections and (ii) take such action as shall be necessary or desirable to cause all cash, checks and other instruments constituting Collections of Receivables to come into the possession of the Collateral Agent rather than Seller. Following the Amortization Date, Seller hereby authorizes the Collateral Agent, and agrees that the Collateral Agent shall be entitled, to enforce the Receivables, the related Contracts and the Related Security.

  • Tenant Notices (a) At the Closing, Seller shall furnish Buyer with a signed notice to be given to each tenant of the Property. The notice shall disclose that the Property has been sold to Buyer, that, after the Closing, all rents should be paid to Buyer and that Buyer shall be responsible for all the tenant’s security deposit. The form of the notice shall be otherwise reasonably acceptable to the parties. Buyer covenants to deliver said notices to each tenant as soon as reasonably possible after Closing. This provision shall expressly survive Closing.

  • Sending Notices Any notice required or permitted to be given under this Security Agreement shall be sent in accordance with Section 9.01 of the Credit Agreement.
