Events Excusing Performance. The Company shall not be liable to Crdentia for failure to perform any of the services required herein in the event of any strike, lock -out, calamity, act of God, failure of supplier, or other event over which the Company has no control, for so long as such event continues, and for a reasonable period of time thereafter.
