Event Times. The EVENT SPONSOR shall comply with all event times as listed under the contract. Unless otherwise stated in the Event Contract, the following are the Event Time restrictions: • The ending time of any live entertainment or dancing is thirty (30) minutes or more prior to the end of your event and the venue must be vacated by the end of the contracted time. • The ending time of alcohol service is always thirty (30) minutes or more prior to the end of the event.

Event Times. All outdoor events must end by dusk and any music must comply with sound ordinances. Set up and breakdown times must fall within the total time noted in contract. It is the responsibility of the Client to move equipment on the grounds during event.
Event Times. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they attend the function on the specified time. The Space Above will not be held responsible should all guests not be punctual in arriving or being seated, or should speakers, attendees or the client delay the commencement of any event, or if any other interference beyond the control of the venue does not permit us to commence service at the contracted time. If the function begins after the specified starting time, it will still be subject to the finishing time specified in the event booking agreement specifications unless venue management agrees otherwise. In consideration of The Space Above’s permit requirements, the Client agrees that events on Fridays and Saturdays must be completed by 1.00am at the latest. Weekday and Sunday events must be completed by 12.00am at the latest..
