Event Staffing. Permit Holder shall provide all necessary ushers, ticket sellers, doorkeepers, security staff, stage hands, property men, electricians, clean-up or janitorial staff and any other necessary labor for the Event. If such staff is procured through Owner, such staff shall nevertheless be employees of the Permit Holder and not the Owner, and shall be paid by Permit Holder.

To that end, the following is the guideline for General Admission and Reserved Seat and Non-Ticketed events. Note: The balcony will be closed if anticipated audience is fewer than 200. This saves the need for additional ushers in the balcony.

The estimated cost of any such staff shall be paid by User to Operator in accordance with Section 5(d) below. Operator shall have the right to supervise User on the Premises and suspend or restrict User's activity on the Premises if Operator reasonably determines that User's activities present a danger or safety hazard to any persons or property thereon.
