Event Scheduling. During each period from the second Wednesday of December through July 5 during each Lease Year (the “Landlord Event Period”), Landlord may designate not more than eight (8) Public Interest Events at the Coliseum Property, inclusive of an annual July 4th celebration (collectively, “Landlord Event(s)”). Additionally, Tenant agrees to consider in its reasonable discretion requests for additional Landlord Events during the remainder of the month of July; provided that the Landlord Events do not conflict with the conduct of or preparation for Events previously scheduled by Tenant. Event Scheduling. Pre-planned overtime will be scheduled at the start of the Fall and Spring semester, per the following process for recurring events. This process may also be used for events after the start of the Fall or Spring Semester for events when the Department has been provided ample notice. Events will be prorated across the shift and a list of events will be provided to each shift supervisor. The shift supervisor will review the list of events with all employees assigned to the shift and will provide each employee with the opportunity to volunteer for one event in occupational seniority order, starting with the most senior employee on the shift. This process will be repeated until each employee has had an opportunity to select events and all events are covered. Employees are required to sign the event list when each event is selected and/or if the employee decides not to accept any of the events offered. In cases where all events are not filled after all employees on the shift have been provided the opportunity to select events, the supervisor may seek volunteers to fill any unfilled events, or may schedule employees into the open events as required.
Event Scheduling. For the purpose of avoiding conflict in the scheduling of Special Events (as defined in San Diego Municipal Code section 22.4003 of City’s Special Events Ordinance) in Balboa Park during the Celebration Period, and ensuring the accommodation of Celebration events, the 2015 Committee shall, in coordination with City’s Of ice of Special Events, determine the scheduling of Special Events during the Celebration Period. The 2015 Committee shall also have the ability to schedule, through City’s Of ice of Special Events, Special Events to be held on other City-owned property as part of the Celebration. Event Scheduling. Exhibitor shall not schedule any events for attendees that conflict with any of EASA’s official convention functions, including but not limited to the exhibition, general and education sessions, annual business meeting, and social events that are a part of EASA’s program.
Event Scheduling. The Parks & Recreation Department maintains a 12 month calendar of activities and will accept reservations for available dates within that 12 month period. Reservations will be held for 14 days to allow the Lessee an opportunity to make the 50% rental deposit, which shall be non-refundable. In the event the Town of Davie is unable to accept a proposed lease application, the aforementioned reservation deposit will be refunded. Event Scheduling. (a) Subject to the terms of this Section 7, and compliance with the public benefit requirements of the District Leases, USC will have the exclusive right to manage and operate the Premises during the lease term for all purposes and events. USC will consider in its reasonable discretion requests for additional Commission Events during the remainder of the month of July; provided that the Commission Events do not conflict with the conduct of or preparation for USC athletic Events, or any other Events scheduled in advance of the scheduling of any Commission Event. Neither the Commission nor the promoter of a Commission Event shall be charged any event fee, rental or other charge for the Commission Event, except for reimbursement to USC of the actual out-of- pocket costs incurred by USC for management of the Event, excluding costs for food, beverage or other concessions operated by USC in connection with the Event. To the extent that USC elects not to operate concessions at a level requested by a Commission Event promoter, then such promoter shall have the right to operate (and retain the revenues from) their own concessions, subject to USC’s reasonable approval of the scope and location of such concessions. In no event shall USC’s concession facilities be used by such promoter, unless approved in writing by USC in its sole discretion.
