Event Promotion. The Sponsor authorizes NEC, its employees or agents to use Sponsor’s name to promote the event and to solicit other sponsors for this and future events.
Event Promotion. Due to space limitations, the Bloom Box Office cannot display posters for your event but if you have smaller promotional materials (postcards or bookmarks), we can display them in the box office as space allows. We will also mention your event on social media. The BCT staff is available to provide advice regarding ticketing practices and event promotion. Publicity for the event may not imply that the event is sponsored or co-sponsored by Xxxxxx House Foundation, or that the Foundation is involved as anything but the beneficiary. The Fundraiser cannot represent itself as Xxxxxx House Foundation. For example, the Fundraiser may not call an event "The Xxxxxx House Foundation Walk-a-Thon." The event should be promoted as "The Walk-a-Thon to benefit Xxxxxx House Foundation."
