Event Plan. The Renter/User is required to furnish in writing at the time of the reservation, any information pertinent to the event to the Center to determine space arrangements, special services, and equipment necessary to the staging and proper management of the event.

Event Plan. An Event Plan must be prepared by the Licensee, submitted to Council and approved. The Council may amend the requirements with reasonable notice.
