Event closure. 7.1 Exhibitors must not begin removing their exhibit until after closing time on the last day of TES, (5pm Sunday 10th of October 2021). All displays must be removed from the site by 11pm Sunday 10th of October 2021. Any property remaining on site after this time will be removed by TES at the exhibitor’s expense.

Event closure. The Contractor shall assist the County in preparing final reports necessary for reimbursement by FEMA, FHWA and any other applicable agency for disaster recovery efforts by County staff and designated debris removal contractors. The Contractor shall assist in reviewing and processing requests for payment by the disaster debris removal contractors.
