Evening Shift Premium. All employees who are scheduled to work twenty-two (22) hours or more per week, shall receive sixty-five (65¢) cents per hour, in addition to their regular hourly rate of pay, for each half hour worked between 6:30 p.m. and the end of the shift. Premium pay for the evening shift shall not be added to the employees’ hourly rate for the purpose of computing overtime under Article 6.01.

Evening Shift Premium. Any employee who is required to work any hour or portion thereof, between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. daily, shall be paid a shift premium in addition to their regular hourly rate of pay. This premium shall be in the amount of fifty (50¢) cents per hour for each such hour, calculated to the nearest quarter-hour. The shift premium shall be paid for all hours to include overtime and hours worked on a General Holiday set forth in Article 9 of this Agreement.”

Evening Shift Premium. Any employee who is required and pre-authorized to work at any time between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 8:30 a.m. the following day shall be paid an evening shift premium in addition to his or her regular hourly rate of pay in the amount of one-dollar ($1.00) per hour for each such hour and majority of an hour worked. Employees who are using flex- time will not be entitled to premiums as a result of their individual flex-time arrangements.
