EVENING AND WEEKEND ASSIGNMENTS. The schedule for any physician working at least twenty (20) hours per week may include one four-hour evening clinic per week and/or one 4, 6, or 8 hour weekend clinic every eight weeks, at the discretion of the appointing authority or designee. Physicians with regular weekend direct patient care responsibilities are exempt from weekend clinic assignments. Such clinics will be compensated at the physician's base rate plus fifteen dollars ($15) per hour. Except for those physicians given assignments in the Departments of Emergency Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynecology and Pediatrics, additional evening or weekend work will be by mutual agreement. Such work will be compensated as described in Section 6.9. -

EVENING AND WEEKEND ASSIGNMENTS. As an institution which attracts students of many ages and circumstances, Barstow College offers courses from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursdays and 7 a.m. through 5 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Students attend classes during this time; therefore, instructors are assigned classes in the evening and weekend program, as well as in the day program.
EVENING AND WEEKEND ASSIGNMENTS. A. Faculty may be assigned to teach evenings and weekends as part of their regular workload. Unless the teaching assignment can fairly be classified as an overload assignment freely accepted by the faculty member, faculty assigned to teach evening classes that are scheduled to end at, or after, 7:50 PM will not be required to teach a next day class earlier than 11 AM Faculty, even those teaching weekend classes, will not be required to regularly teach more than five days out of the seven days within a normal week; the two nonscheduled days shall be consecutive. Faculty with non-instructional assignments will also not be required to regularly work more than five days out of the seven days within a normal work week; the two nonscheduled days shall be consecutive.

  • Overtime Assignment A. In institutional settings when the Agency determines that overtime is necessary, overtime shall be offered on a rotating basis, to the qualified employees who usually work the shift where the opportunity occurs. If no qualified employees on the shift desire to work the overtime, it will be offered on a rotating basis first to the qualified employee with the most state seniority at the work site. When there are no volunteers to work the overtime as outlined above, and/or where an emergency exists, reasonable overtime hours may be required by the Agency. Such overtime shall be assigned, on a rotating basis, first to the qualified employee with the least state seniority at the work site. This policy shall not apply to overtime work which is specific to a particular employee’s claim load or specialized work assignment or when the incumbent is required to finish a work assignment.

  • Room Assignments A. The University draws students from many states, nations, races and religions. It will be the responsibility of each resident to respect the rights of all residents in university residence halls. Admission to Texas A&M University – Texarkana and any of its sponsored programs is open to qualified individuals regardless of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, or disability. Room and roommate assignments are made without regard to race, color, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.

  • Overload Assignments (a) An overload assignment is defined as the assignment of duties in excess of the faculty member’s full-time appointment.

  • Training Assignments The Supervisor or designee may establish written training assignments to enable an employee to gain the additional experience and training required for the job for a period of time not to exceed two years. At the completion of the training assignment, the employee’s pay will be set no less than the entry rate of pay for the occupational pay band.

  • Room Assignment The Landlord will assign rooms in accordance with the current assignment practice set by Residence Services. The Landlord reserves the right to transfer or move Tenants when deemed necessary. Tenants failing to arrive within 48 hours of the specified move-in date, without informing Residence Services of the delay, will lose their room assignment.

  • Shift Assignments When an opening occurs in a shift assignment in an appropriate work group at a location, preference shall be given to employees within the classification who possess the training, ability and any required special qualifications to perform the work required, on the basis of seniority. In the event that no employee desires a shift assignment, employees shall be selected in order of inverse seniority. This provision shall not apply to necessary training assignments. This provision shall not in itself alter the practice of rotating shifts where such practice presently exists. No employee who has a regular shift assignment on the effective date of the Agreement shall be involuntarily displaced from such shift assignment as a result of this Article.

  • SUBLEASING AND ASSIGNMENT The Sublessee may not lease, sublease, or assign the Premises without the prior written consent of the Sublessor.
