Common use of Evaluator Clause in Contracts

Evaluator. No administrator, principal, or other supervisory personnel may evaluate a teacher without having received training in evaluation procedures; including observation and the use of the specific instructional framework and rubric contained in this agreement. All certificated classroom teachers will be evaluated by an administrator who holds a valid certificate and meets the requirements to evaluate teachers per law.
