Evaluations and Inspections. A. Subject to Inspection, Review, or Audit: The records and documents with respect to all matters covered by this Contract shall be subject at all time to inspection, review, or audit by the County and/or federal/state officials authorized by law during the performance of this Contract and for six years after termination hereof, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Evaluations and Inspections. A. Right of Access to Facilities for Inspection of Records The Contractor shall provide right of access to its facilities, including those of any subcontractor, to the County, the state, and/or federal agencies or officials at all reasonable times in order to monitor and evaluate the activities funded under this Contract. The County shall give advance notice to the Contractor in the case of fiscal audits to be conducted by the County.

Agreement to Cooperate The Contractor shall cooperate with the County or its agent to assess the Contractor’s performance under this Contract and to make available all information reasonably required by any such performance measurement and evaluation processes. The results and records of these processes shall be maintained and disclosed in accordance with RCW Chapter 42.56.

  • Tests and Inspections 5.2.1 Tests and Inspections shall comply with title 24, part 1, California Code of Regulations, group 1, article 5, section 4-335, and with the provisions of the Specifications.

  • Reporting and Inspection If you use the Software and/or Services outside the Vendor's Cloud, you are required to purchase Subscription Services in a quantity equal to the total number of Units of that Red Hat Product (including variants or components thereof) that you deploy, install, use or execute as set forth in Appendix 1.   • Records and Inspection The LLC shall maintain at its place of business the Articles of Organization, any amendments thereto, this Agreement, and all other LLC records required to be kept by the Act, and the same shall be subject to inspection and copying at the reasonable request, and the expense, of any Member.
