Common use of Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Evaluation. Whenever the Commission carries out an interim or final evaluation of the action's impact measured against the objectives of the Community programme concerned, the beneficiary undertakes to make available to the Commission and/or persons authorised by it all such documents or information as will allow the evaluation to be successfully completed and to give them the rights of access specified in Article II.19.

Evaluation. Whenever the Commission carries out an interim or final evaluation of the action's impact measured against the objectives of the Community Union programme concerned, the beneficiary undertakes to make available to the Commission and/or persons authorised by it all such documents or information, including information in electronic format, as will allow the evaluation to be successfully completed and to give them the rights of access specified in Article II.19.

Evaluation. Whenever the Commission carries out an interim or final evaluation of the action's impact measured against the objectives of the Community programme concerned, the beneficiary undertakes co-ordinator with the support of the co-beneficiaries undertake to make available to the Commission and/or persons authorised by it all such documents or information as will allow the evaluation to be successfully completed and to give them the rights of access specified in Article II.19II.20.

Evaluation. Whenever the Commission carries out an interim or final evaluation of the action's impact measured against the objectives of the Community programme concerned, the beneficiary undertakes co- ordinator with the support of the co-beneficiaries undertake to make available to the Commission and/or persons authorised by it all such documents or information as will allow the evaluation to be successfully completed and to give them the rights of access specified in Article II.19II.21.

Evaluation. Whenever the Agency and/or the Commission carries out an interim or final evaluation of the actionactions's impact measured against the objectives of the Community programme concerned, the beneficiary partner undertakes to make available to the Agency and the Commission and/or persons authorised authorized by it them all such documents or information, including information in electronic format, as will allow the evaluation to be successfully completed and to give them the rights of access specified in Article II.19.

Evaluation. Whenever the Commission carries out the monitoring of the action or an interim or final evaluation of the action's impact measured against the objectives of the Community programme concerned, the beneficiary undertakes beneficiaries undertake to make available to the Commission and/or persons authorised by it all such documents or information as will allow the monitoring or evaluation to be successfully completed and to give them the rights of access specified in Article II.19.

Evaluation. Whenever the Agency and/or the Commission carries out an interim or final evaluation of the action's impact measured against the objectives of the Community programme concerned, the beneficiary undertakes to make available to the Agency and Commission and/or persons authorised by it them all such documents or information, including information in electronic format, as will allow the evaluation to be successfully completed and to give them the rights of access specified in Article II.19II.18.

Evaluation. Whenever the Commission carries out an interim or final evaluation of the action's ’s impact measured against the objectives of the Community programme concerned, the beneficiary undertakes to make available to the Commission and/or persons authorised by it all such documents or information as will allow liable, by their nature, to permit the evaluation to be successfully completed and to give them the rights of access specified in Article II.19.

Evaluation. Whenever the Commission carries out an interim or final evaluation of the action's impact measured against the objectives of the Community programme concerned, the beneficiary undertakes co-ordinator with the support of the co-beneficiaries undertake to make available to the Commission and/or persons authorised by it all such documents or information as will allow the evaluation to be successfully completed and to give them the rights of access specified in Article II.19II.19 and II.20.

Whenever the Commission carries out an interim or final evaluation of the action's impact measured against the objectives of the Community programme concernedpreparatory actionconcerned, the beneficiary undertakes to make available to the Commission and/or persons authorised by it all such documents or information as will allow the evaluation to be successfully completed and to give them the rights of access specified in Article II.19.

Evaluation. Whenever the Commission carries out an interim or final evaluation of the action's grant’s impact measured against the objectives of the Community programme concerned, the beneficiary undertakes to make available to the Commission and/or persons authorised by it all such documents or information as will allow the evaluation to be successfully completed and to give them the rights of access specified in Article II.19II.17.

Evaluation.
