Evaluation Requirements. A. Each completed evaluation will result in the assignment of a teacher effectiveness rating of Accomplished, Skilled, Developing, or Ineffective. The teacher effectiveness rating shall be derived from a summative evaluation where fifty percent (50%) of the overall evaluation is based on a teacher’s performance rating as provided in this Agreement, and fifty percent (50%) of the overall evaluation is based upon student growth measures as provided for in this Agreement.

Evaluation Requirements. There shall be filed with the Human Resources Department an annual evaluation for each permanent employee evaluating their performance in their particular position for the period covered in the written evaluation. Permanent employees shall be formally evaluated annually. At the discretion of the immediate supervisor, unit members with five (5) or more years with the District may be evaluated once every two (2) years if the last two (2) evaluations have been overall outstanding.
