Evaluation Receipt and Signature. The evaluator shall furnish the employee with a copy of the written evaluation. Both the evaluator and the employee shall date and sign all copies of the written evaluation. The signature of the employee shall not indicate agreement with the written evaluation, but rather shall indicate that the conference and discussion have been held and that the employee is in receipt of a copy of the written evaluation.

  • Counterparts and Signatures The Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
