Evaluation of Potential Hazards. Without limiting the foregoing, after providing prior notice to AT&T, CLEC shall have the right to inspect, test, or monitor any Work Location for possible Environmental Hazards as necessary or appropriate to comply with law or to protect its employees, contractors or others from the possible effects of Environmental Hazards. CLEC shall be responsible for conducting such inspections, testing or monitoring in a way that does not unreasonably interfere with AT&T’s business operations after consultation with AT&T, and shall return AT&T’s property to substantially the same condition as it would have been without such inspections, testing or monitoring.
