EVALUATION OF BIDS. 26. Confidentiality 26.1 Information relating to the examination, evaluation, and comparison of Bids, and the recommendation of contract award, shall not be disclosed to Bidders or any other persons not officially concerned with such process, even after publication of the contract award. 26.2 Any effort by a Bidder or anyone on behalf of the Bidder to influence UNDP in the examination, evaluation and comparison of the Bids or contract award decisions may, at UNDP’s decision, result in the rejection of its Bid and may subsequently be subject to the application of prevailing UNDP’s vendor sanctions procedures.
