Common use of Evaluation Committee Clause in Contracts

Evaluation Committee. 1. The Association and the Board agree to establish an Evaluation Committee for the purpose of regularly reviewing the effectiveness of policy, procedure and process for the evaluation of the teachers, and counselors in the District. The Committee shall be comprised of four (4) – (one per building) Association members to be appointed by the Association and four (4) members appointed by the Superintendent/designee. The committee will meet quarterly.

The committee During the term of the contract any changes to the evaluation procedures will meet quarterlybe subject to a Memorandum of Understanding.
