Evaluation Committee. 9.4.2.1 The District and Union will establish evaluation committees for each subgroup, each consisting of equal members of the Union and administration. Each committee will meet at least once annually to assess the effectiveness of the evaluation tool/process and to make recommendations to the Union and District for possible changes.
