Evaluation Committee. A The Association and the Board agree to establish a standing joint Evaluation Development Committee for the purpose of establishing the procedure and process, including the evaluation instrument, for the evaluation of teachers in the District and to regularly review the effectiveness of the procedure and process, including the evaluation instrument, for the evaluation of teachers in the District.
Evaluation Committee. 2.01 There will be an Evaluation Committee composed of six persons: three representatives of the Board of Education, and three appointees from the Union (at least one representative from each of Plant Operations and Maintenance). The Evaluation Committee shall consider all requests for evaluation of job descriptions for new positions created within the bargaining unit and for re-evaluation of revised job descriptions for existing positions.
Evaluation Committee. (a) In order to carry out the ongoing work of maintaining JE 2009, the University shall establish an Evaluation Committee consisting of University Managers. The Evaluation Committee will be trained in the application of the job evaluation system and will participate in the evaluation process as supported by Human Resources Services (“HRS”). All decisions of the Evaluation Committee will be made by consensus of the Evaluation Committee members.
Evaluation Committee. The parties agree to establish an Evaluation Committee comprised of equal representation from the administration and union for the purpose of collaboratively developing a recommendation for a Paraeducator Evaluation Plan. The Committee shall report its non-binding recommendations to the Superintendent not later than October 1, 2015.

An evaluation Committee comprised of three (3) representatives selected by the Superintendent and three (3) representatives selected by Okeechobee County Education Association #1604 shall be established to review and make recommendations regarding evaluation procedures, including but not limited to those contained in this Article, for instructional personnel. All recommendations made by the Committee shall be submitted to the parties’ respective bargaining teams for consideration.

The Committee shall be comprised of four (4) – (one per building) Association members to be appointed by the Association and four (4) members appointed by the Superintendent/designee. Evaluation Committee a. The Evaluation Committee shall consist of 5 members from each party’s team. The Superintendent and B.E.A. President shall be responsible for appointing individuals to their respective teams. This number shall include the possible participation of Board counsel and/or the OEA/NEA Labor Relations Consultant.
Evaluation Committee. An Evaluation Committee shall be established to develop and recommend procedures that comply with legislative mandates, local evaluation procedure, and evaluation process. The committee shall be composed of three (3) members appointed by the Superintendent and three (3) members appointed by XXXX.

Evaluation Committee. The Faculty Association and the District will establish a joint committee to develop a new evaluation process and form for the evaluation of Emeritus College faculty and temporary contract faculty. In addition, the Faculty Association and the District will establish a joint committee to develop a form for the evaluation of athletic coaches. Each Evaluation Committee shall be comprised of three members appointed by each group.
