Evaluation Committee. A The Association and the Board agree to establish a standing joint Evaluation Development Committee for the purpose of establishing the procedure and process, including the evaluation instrument, for the evaluation of teachers in the District and to regularly review the effectiveness of the procedure and process, including the evaluation instrument, for the evaluation of teachers in the District.

Evaluation Committee. 2.01 There will be an Evaluation Committee composed of six persons: three representatives of the Board of Education, and three appointees from the Union (at least one representative from each of Plant Operations and Maintenance). The Evaluation Committee shall consider all requests for evaluation of job descriptions for new positions created within the bargaining unit and for re-evaluation of revised job descriptions for existing positions.
