EVALUATING PERFORMANCE. 6.1 It is recorded that in terms of the City’s performance management policy and system, for purposes of evaluation of the performance of the Secretary to Council, a Group Performance Audit Committee / Performance Evaluation Panel has been established to assist the Acting City Manager and in the process of evaluating the Performance of the Secretary to Council.
