Eurodollar Rate Loans Sample Clauses

Eurodollar Rate Loans. Any conversion to or from Eurodollar Rate Loans shall be in such amounts and be made pursuant to such elections so that, after giving effect thereto, the aggregate principal amount of all Eurodollar Rate Loans having the same Interest Period shall not be less than $1,000,000 or a whole multiple of $500,000 in excess thereof.

Eurodollar Rate Loans. Except as otherwise provided herein, a Eurodollar Rate Loan may be continued or converted only on the last day of an Interest Period for such Eurodollar Rate Loan. During the existence of a Default, no Loans may be requested as, converted to or continued as Eurodollar Rate Loans without the consent of the Required Lenders, and the Required Lenders may demand that any or all of the outstanding Eurodollar Rate Loans be converted immediately to Base Rate Loans.
Eurodollar Rate Loans. (a) Each request by Borrower for a Eurodollar Rate Loan shall be made pursuant to a Request for Loan (or telephonic or other request for Loan referred to in the second sentence of Section 2.1(c), if applicable) received by the Administrative Agent, at the Administrative Agent's Office, not later than 9:00 a.m., California time, at least three (3) Eurodollar Banking Days before the first day of the applicable Eurodollar Period.
Eurodollar Rate Loans. During such periods as such Loan is a Eurodollar Rate Loan, a rate per annum equal at all times during each Interest Period for such Loan to the sum of (x) the Eurodollar Rate for such Interest Period for such Loan plus (y) the Applicable Rate for Eurodollar Rate Loans in effect from time to time, payable in arrears on the last day of such Interest Period and, if such Interest Period has a duration of more than three months, on each day that occurs during such Interest Period every three months from the first day of such Interest Period and on the date such Eurodollar Rate Loan shall be Converted or paid in full.
Eurodollar Rate Loans. Any other provisions herein to the contrary notwithstanding, the following provisions shall govern with respect to Eurodollar Rate Loans as to the matters covered:
Eurodollar Rate Loans. If such Loan is a Eurodollar Rate Loan, interest thereon shall be payable on the last day of such Interest Period and, if the Interest Period for such Loan has a duration of more than three months, on that day of each third month during such Interest Period that corresponds to the first day of such Interest Period (or, if any such month does not have a corresponding day, then on the last day of such month); provided that any amount of principal that is not paid when due (whether at stated maturity, by acceleration or otherwise) shall bear interest, from the date on which such amount is due until such amount is paid in full, payable on demand, at a rate per annum equal at all times to the Default Rate.
Eurodollar Rate Loans. During such periods as such Loan is a Eurodollar Rate Loan, a rate per annum equal at all times during each Interest Period for such Loan to the sum of (x) the Eurodollar Rate for such Interest Period for such Loan plus (y) the Applicable Margin, payable in arrears on the last Business Day of each calendar month during such Interest Period and on the date such Eurodollar Rate Loan shall be Converted or paid in full.

Eurodollar Rate Loans. Subject to the provisions of Section 2.06(c), the Loans comprising each Eurodollar Rate Borrowing shall bear interest at a rate per annum equal to the Eurodollar Rate for the Interest Period in effect for such Borrowing plus the Applicable Margin; provided that for any Interest Period of less than one month, the Eurodollar Rate shall be calculated based on an Interest Period of one month; provided, further, that Incremental Term Loans and Other Term Loans may have a different Applicable Margin as provided for in Sections 2.23 and 2.24, subject to the provisions thereof.
Eurodollar Rate Loans. Each Eurodollar Rate Loan shall bear interest at a rate per annum equal at all times to the lesser of (i) the sum of the Eurodollar Rate for the applicable Interest Period for such Loan plus the Applicable Rate and (ii) the Highest Lawful Rate, payable on the last day of such Interest Period and, with respect to Interest Periods of six months or longer, on the ninetieth (90th) day after the commencement of the Interest Period and on each succeeding ninetieth (90th) day during such Interest Period, and on the Termination Date. In addition, interest on each Eurodollar Rate Loan will be payable upon any payment or prepayment of such Eurodollar Rate Loan.
