ETHICS REQUIREMENTS. The Contractor and its Subcontractors shall not engage any person who is, or has been at any time, in the employ of the State to perform services in violation of the provisions of the New York Public Officers Law, other laws applicable to the service of State employees, and the rules, regulations, opinions, guidelines or policies promulgated or issued by the New York State Joint Commission on Public Ethics, or its predecessors (collectively, the “Ethics Requirements”). The Contractor certifies that all of its employees and those of its Subcontractors who are former employees of the State and who are assigned to perform services under this Contract shall be assigned in accordance with all Ethics Requirements. During the Term, no person who is employed by the Contractor or its Subcontractors and who is disqualified from providing services under this Contract pursuant to any Ethics Requirements may share in any net revenues of the Contractor or its Subcontractors derived from this Contract. The Contractor shall identify and provide the State with notice of those employees of the Contractor and its Subcontractors who are former employees of the State that will be assigned to perform services under this Contract, and make sure that such employees comply with all applicable laws and prohibitions. The Department may request that the Contractor provide it with whatever information the Department deems appropriate about each such person’s engagement, work cooperatively with the State to solicit advice from the New York State Joint Commission on Public Ethics, and, if deemed appropriate by the State, instruct any such person to seek the opinion of the New York State Joint Commission on Public Ethics. The Department shall have the right to withdraw or withhold approval of any Subcontractor if utilizing such Subcontractor for any work performed hereunder would be in conflict with any of the Ethics Requirements. The Department shall have the right to terminate this Contract at any time if any work performed hereunder is in conflict with any of the Ethics Requirements. RESPONSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

ETHICS REQUIREMENTS. To preserve the integrity of City officers and employees and maintain public confidence in the competitive bidding system, the City intends to vigorously enforce the various ethics laws as they relate to City officers and employees in the solicitation of bids and execution of City contracts. Such laws are in three categories:
ETHICS REQUIREMENTS. Consultant is responsible for educating itself on the various ethics and conflict of interest provisions of Florida law, Miami-Dade County Ordinance and City Code. Consultant shall not employ, directly or indirectly, the mayor, any member of the City Council, or any director or department heard of the City. The City Code prohibits any employee, or member or their immediate family or close personal relation from receipt of a benefit or to profit from any contract entered into with the City, either directly or through any firm of which they are a member, or any corporation of which they are a stockholder, or any business entity in which they have a controlling financial interest. Any affected party may seek a conflict of interest opinion from the State of Florida Ethics Commission and/or Miami-Dade County Ethics Commission regarding conflict of interest provisions.

ETHICS REQUIREMENTS. If CivicSD requires Consultant or Subconsultant to file a statement of economic interests as a result of the Professional Services performed, pursuant to this Agreement, Consultant or Subconsultant shall be considered a “City Official” subject to the provisions of the City of San Diego Ethics Ordinance, codified in the SDMC at sections 27.3501 to 27.3595, including the prohibition against lobbying the City for one (1) year following the termination of this Agreement. Consultant or Subconsultant shall establish and make known to its employees and agents appropriate safeguards to prohibit employees from using their positions for a purpose that is, or that gives the appearance of being, motivated by the desire for private gain for themselves or others, particularly those with whom they have family, business, or other relationships.

ETHICS REQUIREMENTS. The Administering Organisation must ensure that any research funded by VicHealth is conducted in accordance with the Australian Code for the Responsible Conduct of Research (2018) and the National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research 2007 (Updated 2018). Ethics approvals required for the project must be obtained and maintained for the duration of the project and copies of these approvals shall be provided to VicHealth within 30 days of approval or as requested.

ETHICS REQUIREMENTS. 16.1 In accordance with Executive Order 2007-01S, the Contractor certifies: (1) it has reviewed and understands Executive Order 2007-01S, (2) has reviewed and understands Ohio’s ethics and conflict of interest laws, and (3) will take no action inconsistent with those laws and this order. The Contractor understands that failure to comply with Executive Order 2007-01S is, in itself, grounds for termination of this agreement and may result in the loss of other contracts with ODOT.

ETHICS REQUIREMENTS. ‌ The Project activities will be carried out with regard to ethical implications and respecting the regulations expressed in international texts and codes of practices, in particular the Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 October 1995 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. The activities should not entail any risk and burden for the individuals concerned. All the experimental data shall be collected and used in respect of the European Parliament’s directive and legislations. Expected tools for data acquisition will consist of surveys, questionnaires, interviews and focus groups. Data acquisition will be performed in particular in the context of WP3, “Analysing how DiDIY is reshaping organization and work”, WP4, “Analysing how DiDIY is reshaping education and research”, and WP5, “Exploring the impact of DiDIY on creative society”. Involved persons will be properly informed of the Project aims, expected results and limits of the research in the information supplied before getting the informed consent.
