Ethics and Conflict of Interest. In its performance of its obligations hereunder, Provider shall adhere to business practices that meet and are in the spirit of Applicable Laws and ethical principles, including, without limitation the following:

All appointees to the Commission are subject to the applicable state statutes regarding conflicts of interest in voting, and, in addition, to the adopted Durham County Ethics Policy. The Commission’s Rules of Procedure shall set forth the circumstances that constitute a conflict, consistent with statute, the County Ethics Policy, and case law; the procedures for recusal in event of a conflict of interest or fixed opinion that is not susceptible to change; and requirements regarding disclosure of ex parte communications concerning quasi-judicial matter. Ethical violations are cause for removal of a Commission member.

City Administrator shall keep informed of and comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations in performance of this Contract pertaining to the Wyoming Ethics and Disclosure Act (Wyo. Ethics and Conflict of Interest. CONSULTANT shall avoid all conflicts of interests, as well as appearances of conflicts of interests, throughout the term of this Agreement. CONSULTANT shall not at any time during the term of this Agreement represent any party seeking approvals, permits, or licenses, of any kind from the CITY. Nothing set forth in this Agreement shall preclude or limit CONSULTANT’s ability to engage in outside work or employment which is not in conflict with the duties and responsibilities set forth herein.
