General Clauses 29.1 This Deed of Sale constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties as to the subject matter hereof and no agreement, representation or warranty between the Parties other than those set out herein are binding on the Parties.
General clause 1. Arbitration Clauses Except for certain circumstances, TIPS forbids a mandatory arbitration clause in any contract or agreement entered into between the awarded vendor with TIPS or a TIPS member entity. Does the vendor agree to exclude any arbitration requirement in any contracts or agreement entered into between TIPS or a TIPS member entity through an awarded contract with TIPS? Agreement is a required condition to award of a contract resulting from this Solicitation.

MERGER OF APPENDICES/CONFLICT OF CLAUSES This Piggyback Contract shall incorporate the following appendices as if set forth herein at length. Only documents expressly enumerated below shall be deemed a part of this Piggyback Contract, and references contained in those documents to additional Contractor documents not enumerated below shall be of no force and effect. Conflicts between these documents shall be resolved in the following descending order of precedence.
