Estimating Requirements. At each phase of design, the CONTRACTOR shall provide a Construction Cost Estimate, using costs appropriate for the type of work and design stage, based upon experience, and including an appropriate design contingency, bidding contingency, contractor’s overhead and profit, escalation, trade contractor general conditions costs, current market conditions, and other contingencies as directed by the OWNER.

The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, supervision, management and shall perform all operations necessary and required for construction work. All work shall be performed in accordance with the requirements set forth in the resulting contract and each mutually agreed upon work request or purchase order issued by TIPS participating members. A contract will be established with standard specifications and pricing based upon a coefficient that is applied to a Unit Price Book (UPB) from RS Means. When a specific project or job order is issued, TIPS member and the contractor will agree on the scope of work and the cost is determined by applying the coefficient to the appropriate units in the UPB. Pricing will be evaluated based upon completion of Pricing Exhibit. Pricing Exhibit document must be downloaded from the “Attachments” section, completed and uploaded to the “Response Attachments” PRICING section.

Subrecipient shall assure that all services funded under this Contract are coordinated with other appropriate services in the community and that services funded under this Contract do not constitute unnecessary duplications of services provided by other sources. Coordination of resources. Subrecipient shall work collaboratively with County, particularly the Information and Assistance Program (I&A), to ensure that clients who may need any services available through Older Americans Act or Older Californians Act Programs are referred to I&A for assistance in accessing these services.

  • Bonding Requirements The Contractor is required to furnish a performance bond on the form in a form acceptable to the City, in a sum of not less than [insert bonding level] of the annual amount of the contract to guarantee the faithful performance of this contract. The bond must be approved as to sufficiency and qualifications of the surety by the Controller.
