Estimated Charges. If the Quotation or Booking states that the Price is an estimate only, You acknowledge that the final Price may be more or less than the estimated amount. We will endeavour to advise You of any material variation from the estimate as it becomes apparent.
Estimated Charges. Subject to modification consistent with the Negotiated Contract Option and/or the Option to Build under Section 3.2 in Attachment P, Appendix 2 of Part VI of the Tariff, Wholesale Market Participant shall be subject to the estimated charges detailed below, which shall be billed and paid consistent with Section 11.2 in Attachment O, Appendix 2 in Part VI of the Tariff.
Estimated Charges. The Establishment and the Patron agree and understand that the Estimated Charges are based upon the Estimated Headcount and the Services requested. The Estimated Charges do not include tax, gratuity, or Bar Package Charges. The Estimated Charges are based upon the Estimated Headcount, cost of the requested Room, Gastropub Signature Package, and other reserved services such as the Trick Shot Exhibition. The Estimated Charges are provided for the purpose of determining the Services Deposit.
Estimated Charges. All hourly charges reflected in this Purchase Agreement are estimated based on projected use. Actual final costs may vary based on actual work performed.
Estimated Charges. The total estimated charges for all work under this Agreement are identified on the attached “Scope of Work” Exhibit(s) and such amount is the cost ceiling as described herein. The total estimated charges stated herein constitute the total amount agreed to.
Estimated Charges. 5.4.1 At the meeting noted in Section 4.1 of this Agreement, both parties shall submit the operations and maintenance costs for the ensuing fiscal year associated with this Agreement which shall notify each Party of its share of these estimated annual costs.

Texpo may xxxx you for good faith estimates of charges for your electricity usage, Delivery Charges, and Taxes if actual meter readings and charges to Texpo for such are not available when Texpo prepares your invoice, except as limited by the PUCT applicable Customer Protection Rules (“Customer Rules”) a complete copy of which may be found at (xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/rules/subrules/electric). When estimated charges are included on your invoice, they shall be reconciled against actual charges as available information permits.
Estimated Charges. (a) The Estimated Event Charge, Estimated Service Charge and Estimated Food and Beverage Charge specified in the Reference Schedule are estimates only based on the expectations of MCET and the Licensee as at the date of Execution. The actual Licence Fee payable by the Licensee will be the actual Event Charge, Service Charge, Cancellation Fees, Taxes, Additional Charges, Interest and any other amounts payable in accordance with this Licence calculated at the prevailing MCET rates applicable as at the Commencement and, subject to this Clause 2, representing the actual costs incurred in respect to the Event.
