ESTATE PARTNERS. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Capital Commitments and Capital Contributions of, and allocations to, any Partner and its Estate Partner (including, without limitation, pursuant to Section 4.4) shall be apportioned between such Partner and such Estate Partner in proportion to their Capital Commitments.
