Establishment of Goals. The Board of Directors has established the educational mission for the Issaquah School District. Programs, buildings, and certificated staff goals shall align with and promote the District’s educational mission. The building administration, in collaboration with building leadership, shall establish the building’s School Improvement Plan (SIP). The building administration, in collaboration with building leadership may choose to establish additional mission-directed goals based on need. Buildings and programs may use existing groups such as teacher and leadership teams, SIP teams, department heads, team leaders, or other existing leadership groups for assistance in implementing the building goals and providing feedback on progress to building/program administration. Departments, teams, and grade levels are responsible for implementing the goal(s).

Establishment of Goals. The Public Owners, Unions, Prime Contractors and Subcontractors share the goal of ensuring diversity and widespread opportunity in workforces constructing Covered Projects and in apprenticeship enrollment and utilization. To that end, Public Owners are applying this Workforce Diversity Program Requirement to Covered Projects. Pursuant to the Construction Career Pathways Regional Framework, the Workforce Diversity Goals are as follows, for each Prime Contractor and Subcontractor, in each Trade.

Buildings and programs may use existing groups such as, teacher leadership teams, CIP teams, department heads, team leaders, or other existing leadership groups for this purpose as determined by their decision-making process. The District and building administration shall be responsible for implementing the established instructional leadership selection process as defined in the contract. (section 10.1.11-14) Building/program administration, in collaboration with instructional leadership team, shall establish the building’s/program’s CIP and/or work with the established CIP team. A building/program may choose to establish additional mission-directed goals based on need. Departments, teams, and grade levels are responsible for implementing the goal(s) established through the building process. They may also choose to establish additional District Educational mission-directed goals through their own internal decision-making process. The individual’s formative goal(s) shall follow section 3.1.6.C.

  • Performance Goals A. The Trust and State Street have developed mutually acceptable performance goals dated March 1, 2011 , and as may be amended from time to time, regarding the manner in which they expect to deliver and receive the services under this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Service Level Agreement”). The parties agree that such Service Level Agreement reflects performance goals and any failure to perform in accordance with the provisions thereof shall not be considered a breach of contract that gives rise to contractual or other remedies. A Party’s obligations under this provision may be extended by agreement. The Party affected by the failure to meet a milestone shall not unreasonably withhold agreement to such an amendment unless it will suffer significant uncompensated economic or operational harm from the delay, (1) attainment of the same milestone has previously been delayed, or (2) it has reason to believe that the delay in meeting the milestone is intentional or unwarranted notwithstanding the circumstances explained by the Party proposing the amendment.
