Common use of Establishment of Accounts Clause in Contracts

Establishment of Accounts. (a) (i) The Servicer, for the benefit of the Financial Parties, shall establish and maintain in the name of the Indenture Trustee an Eligible Deposit Account known as the Ally Auto Receivables Trust 2010-3 Collection Account (the “Collection Account”), bearing an additional designation clearly indicating that the funds deposited therein are held for the benefit of the Financial Parties.
