Establishment of a Joint Committee. 4.1 In exercise of their Powers under sections 101(5) and 102 of the Local Government Xxx 0000, sections 19 and 20 of the Local Government Act 2000 and all other enabling powers the Councils hereby create a joint committee to be known as the Swansea Bay City Region Joint Committee with effect from the Commencement Date.
Establishment of a Joint Committee. There shall be established one (1) joint committee composed of two (2) union representatives and two (2) employer representatives. This Committee may call upon additional persons for technical information or advice. The Committee may establish subcommittees or ad hoc committees as it deems necessary and shall set guidelines and operating procedures for such committees.

Establishment of a Joint Committee. 2.1 In exercise of their powers under sections 101(5) and 102 of the Local Government Act 1972, sections 19 and 20 of the Local Government Act 2000 and all other enabling powers the Councils hereby agree the Constitution of the Joint Committee set out in Schedule 1 which shall govern the operation of the Joint Committee, established by the Councils, to be known as The LGSS Joint Committee (and within this Agreement also referred to as “the Joint Committee”) with effect from the Commencement Date.
Establishment of a Joint Committee. 2.1 In exercise of their powers under sections 101(5) and 102 of the Local Government Xxx 0000, sections 9EA and 9EB of the Local Government Act 2000 and all other enabling powers including the Local Authorities (Arrangements for the Discharge of Functions) (England), the Councils have agreed the Constitution of the Joint Committee set out in Schedule 1 which shall govern the operation of the Joint Committee, established by the Councils, and have further agreed to enter this Agreement to set out those arrangements with effect from the Commencement Date.
Establishment of a Joint Committee. 5.1 In exercise of their powers under sections 102(1)(b) of the Local Government Act 1972 and the LGPS Investment Regulations the Councils created the Joint Committee with effect from the Commencement Date.
Establishment of a Joint Committee. (1) In order to facilitate the implementation of the present Agreement, the Contracting Parties agree to set up a Joint Committee for Investment Cooperation composed of the representatives of the Contracting Parties.
Establishment of a Joint Committee. 5.1 In exercise of their powers under sections 101(4) and 102(4) of the Local Government Xxx 0000, the Authorities hereby create a Joint Committee to be known as the BCPP Joint Committee with effect from the Commencement Date.
Establishment of a Joint Committee. 1. For the purpose of implementation of the present protocol, pursuant to art. 5 of the Cultural Agreement of the 29th of June 1973, a Joint Committee, composed of representatives designated by the two Contracting Parties is established.
