Establishing of Improvement Fund. There is hereby established as a separate fund to be held by the Fiscal Agent, the Improvement Fund, to the credit of which a deposit shall be made as required by Section 3.2(a) hereof. Moneys in the Improvement Fund shall be held in trust by the Fiscal Agent for the benefit of the City and the District and shall be disbursed, except as otherwise provided in subsection (b) of this Section 3.7, for the payment or reimbursement of costs of Facilities.
