Essential Services. 6.01 If at any time during, or after the termination of this Agreement, the employees represented by the Institute should engage in a stoppage of work, the Institute and the Company will meet in advance to negotiate an Agreement respecting the maintenance of essential services, such as protection of Company property and the preservation of public safety.
