Essential Services. 55.01 The parties recognize that Specialized Services provide essential services to members of the seniors and disabled community who rely and depend on public transit as their only means of transportation. As such, the parties agree that during a strike or lockout, there shall be no interruption, slow down or impact to the Specialized Services.
