Common use of Escrow Provisions Clause in Contracts

Escrow Provisions. 3.1 The Company hereby directs the Escrow Agent to retain the Shares and Warrants in safekeeping, and not to do or cause anything to be done to release the Shares and Warrants from escrow except in accordance with this Agreement.
