Escrow Fee. The Developer shall pay the Escrow Agent for its services under this Agreement. In addition, in the event that Escrow Agent does not receive joint written instructions from Developer on or before the End Date, Escrow Agent shall be entitled to a monthly maintenance fee of $50.00, to be paid from the Funds at any such time as Escrow Agent, in its sole discretion, shall deem appropriate.
