Escrow Fee. Except as expressly provided herein to the contrary, the escrow fee, if any, charged by the Escrow Agent for holding the Exxxxxx Money or conducting the Closing shall be shared equally by Seller and Purchaser.
Escrow Fee. REYNOLDS shall pay to the ESCROW AGENT for its services hereunder xx xxxxxw fee based upon the then-current schedule of charges for such services promulgated by the ESCROW AGENT and shall pay additional reasonable compensation for any further or extraordinary service which the ESCROW AGENT may be required to render pursuant to the terms of this ESCROW AGREEMENT.
Escrow Fee. The parties agree that Escrow Holder's fee for its services pursuant to this Agreement shall be $ 250.00, payable in full upon Depositors' execution of this Agreement.
