Common use of Escrow Deposit Clause in Contracts

Escrow Deposit. Buyer has deposited on the date hereof with the Escrow Agent the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) (the "Escrow Deposit") in accordance with the Escrow Agreement. All such funds deposited with the Escrow Agent shall be held and disbursed in accordance with the terms of the Escrow Agreement and the following provisions:

Escrow Deposit. Buyer has deposited on the date hereof with the Escrow Agent the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Three Million Dollars ($500,000) (the "Escrow Deposit"3,000,000) in accordance with the Escrow Agreement. All such funds deposited with the Escrow Agent shall be held and disbursed in accordance with the terms of the Escrow Agreement and the following provisions:

Escrow Deposit. Buyer has deposited on the date hereof with the Escrow Agent the sum of Five Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($500,000) (the "Escrow Deposit"350,000) in accordance with the Escrow Agreement. All such funds deposited with the Escrow Agent shall be held and disbursed in accordance with the terms of the Escrow Agreement and the following provisions:

Simultaneously with the execution and delivery of this Agreement, Buyer has deposited on the date hereof with the Escrow Agent the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) 100,000 in accordance with an Escrow Agreement among Buyer, Sellers and the Escrow Agent (the "Escrow DepositAgreement") in accordance with the Escrow Agreement). All such funds deposited with the Escrow Agent shall be held and disbursed in accordance with the terms of the Escrow Agreement and the following provisions:

Escrow Deposit.
