The Transfer Agent shall (as mutually agreed upon by the parties as to any reasonable reimbursable expenses) provide certain related services pertaining to escheatments, abandoned property, garnishment orders, bankruptcy and divorce proceedings, Internal Revenue Service or state tax authority tax levies and summonses and matters relating to the foregoing.
