Escheatment, Orders, Etc. If requested by the Fund (and as mutually agreed upon by the parties as to any reasonable reimbursable expenses), the Transfer Agent will provide any additional related services (i.e., pertaining to escheatments, abandoned property, garnishment orders, bankruptcy and divorce proceedings, Internal Revenue Service or state tax authority tax levies and summonses and all matters relating to the foregoing).
